Returns
WQC Parts accepts returns when the return is caused by our mistake, including picking errors, wrong parts shipped, or incorrect parts in the box. In those cases, we will handle the return at no additional cost to the customer.
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the order date. Returns requested after this period may be denied.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the part numbers they order are correct for their equipment. Returns caused by customer error may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer-error returns include incorrect part numbers ordered, parts that do not fit due to incorrect identification, duplicate orders, or parts no longer needed.
Special-order items, including OEM parts, surplus parts, used parts, discontinued parts, or items sourced specifically for a customer, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless WQC Parts made an error.
Refunds are issued only after returned parts are received and inspected. Returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition as when shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by WQC Parts.
WQC Parts offers warranty coverage equivalent to the applicable OEM warranty. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, incorrect part selection, misuse, contamination, normal wear, or damage caused by improper maintenance or operation.
