Products and Part Number Responsibility

WQC Parts sells replacement parts, aftermarket parts, OEM parts, surplus parts, used parts, and related heavy equipment components. Many products are sold and identified primarily by part number.

Customers are responsible for identifying, verifying, and confirming that the part numbers they order are correct for their equipment, application, machine model, and serial number.

Information on our website, including product descriptions, applications, cross-references, model references, diagrams, or compatibility information, is provided as a helpful reference only and should not replace confirmation through an official parts book, equipment manual, dealer, mechanic, or qualified parts professional.

If you are unsure whether a part fits your machine, you should verify the correct part number before placing an order.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order through our website does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, shipping restrictions, or supplier availability.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Pricing and Availability

We make every effort to keep pricing, availability, descriptions, and product information accurate. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Some products may be subject to supplier availability, lead times, minimum order quantities, or special-order conditions.

Special Orders

From time to time, WQC Parts may accept special orders for products not normally stocked. These may include OEM parts, surplus parts, used parts, discontinued parts, or items sourced specifically for a customer.

Special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange unless WQC Parts made an error in supplying the item.

Payment

Payment must be received and approved before an order is processed or shipped. We may use third-party payment processors to securely handle transactions. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

Shipping times, costs, carriers, and delivery methods are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier, depending on the shipping method and transaction terms. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy.

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the order date. Returns caused by WQC Parts error will be handled at no additional cost to the customer. Returns caused by customer error may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued only after returned parts are received and inspected.

Warranty

WQC Parts offers warranty coverage equivalent to the applicable OEM warranty on the products we sell, subject to proper installation, correct application, normal use, and inspection.

Warranty does not cover incorrect part selection, improper installation, misuse, contamination, normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, equipment modification, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.

Warranty claims may require photos, documentation, installation details, machine information, and return of the part for inspection.

Use of Website

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm, disable, overload, or interfere with the operation of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, customer accounts, systems, or networks.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product content, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to WQC Parts unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

OEM Names, Trademarks, and References

Any manufacturer names, equipment models, part numbers, trademarks, or brand references used on this website are for identification, reference, and compatibility purposes only.

WQC Parts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, John Deere, Doosan, Hyundai, Volvo, or any other OEM unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability
